Youu have the same problem as mine :/ i loose some but then gain it back bcz of snakiing and loosing controle of my calorie budget :3 (now i stopped snaking ! I don't eat anythiing and have only soupes ...that should work ! t's onlyy 4kg i guess i got it right this time x)) )

Also exercise...... You don't have to spend hours at a gym or doing a bunch of cardio, in fact 15 minutes a day of bodyweight high intensity intervals will work wonders especially if you're not already physically active in exercise.
Avoid high Carbohydrate snacks, you should continue to eat small meals throughout the day, it helps your body to constantly burn calories because you're not starving yourself. Go Easy on fruit because they are high in sugar, I wouldn't have more than 1-2 servings of fruit in a day. Try to eat higher protein foods as protein suppresses hunger and lasts longer. Try getting a protein powder and make a protein shake about 45 min before lunch and dinner to help curb your hunger. Last thing you want to do is starve your body, all that will do is cause your body to hold onto calories and also create other health issues and bad habits.
