Sunday Weigh In - August 18, 2013

Good morning, everyone; hope you're all doing well.

I had a pretty good week; kept food in check, though I didn't get in a lot of exercise, except mowing grass and housework - what else is new?? I really haven't been horribly motivated to exercise this summer; not sure what it's going to take to get back in the groove.  

Anyway, in spite of not exercising, I do get to claim a 0.6 lb loss for the week. It's not a lot, by any means, but at least it's going the right way. I've also been retaining some fluid, so that adds weight, as well.  I have an appointment with my weight coach on Tue; we'll see how that goes. I need to work on getting rid of the fluid by then.  

So how about ya'll?  Did you reach your goals for the week?  If so, congratulations; if not, have you figured out why?  Is there anything we can do to help you, whether it be tips or motivation?

Remember:  we win by losing -- weight !!

I did great all week, til this weekend! :( I was 166 on thursday and ate bad this weekend and am 168.4 now, but back on track!

  I didn't weigh myself last week, but the week previous I was at 227. Today I weighed in at 225 so 2 pounds over these past 2 weeks. Need to get back on track! Wishing you all the best :)
