Trudie -- sorry I was late posting this morning.........lol. I am thrilled that you are down 3.8; you've been miserable for so long -- is it safe to think your lupus might be under control better? Keep up the good work. I'm here any time you need an extra "boost".
tigerlilly - you are doing an awesome job maintaining - 2 pounds is not such a big deal.
Lori -- congrats on the pregnancy - remember, I'm "first grandma" -- lol and double congrats on the weight loss. I know this is going to be hard for you because customarily we gain when preggers -- maybe it will help if you keep both yours and the baby's health in mind every time you get ready to eat. Hope you will join us every week.
Elaine -- what can we do to help you? I know how frustrating that yoyoing can be -- I've gained and lost the same 10 pounds at least 20 times. I know one problem I run into is not being consistent -- I eat good and exercise one day, then either don't eat well and/or exercise the next. I haven't gotten myself disciplined enough to do it all at once. You've done such a good job so far, maybe you've just hit a slump? Or maybe there's a physical issue you aren't aware of? I'm here to try to help.

I have gained 1 pound since last week and am 1.4 pounds away from my goal weight. I seem to be maintaining pretty well. I'm trying. I'm averaging 126 for the last 90 days, 30 days and 7 days. More consistent then I had thought. I would still like it to be around 124 instead.
I'm exercising well and had a burst of energy yesterday. It was nice to run a little and I did the hill twice!

from last sunday till this sunday I lost 5 pounds. I am pregnant but I am spose to lose weight since I'm over weight. I had a spike in weight cause when I found out I was pregnant I wanted to eat the wrong foods. Now I have forced myself to eat healthy. So was 322 last sunday, today I'm 317. I thought I would join this post to keep me motivated to not gain any weight and lose a little.

I am up again 157lbs so a pound more than last week. I have been good some days and bad others. Hopefully next week I'll do better. Feeling very tired again today after a week at work but determined not to grab for energy boosting snacks. have just been relaxing in the sun. Nice.

Couldn't wait to come on and tell everyone that I lost 3.8 pounds!!! I've really been good, have had an awful cold and on antibiotics and since yesterday I had my biggest drop. I so hope it continues.
