Supplement or diet?

I've tried so many kind of supplement for weight loss but the result was not satisfied me. Im a mother of one. Trying to loss about 10kg in 3months. Im used to eat rice for every meals. Now i've stop it and eat more vegie and no fruits allowed ( atkin diet ) I will start my gym class and hope it will work. Should I proceed with no rice and eat supplement or diet only?

You can always continue taking supplements but definitely change up your diet aswell, rice has very little nutritional value, you need to be adding different grains and vegetables to be getting enough vitamins and minerals and a good source of protein. If you are going to eat rice make sure it's not white
