As for the capsule, it is Fitrum. I personally didn't experience other side effects aside from the one I mentioned above but I suppose it is different for different people.
Anyways, please don't rely on these alone. I don't exercise much but I at least do very light exercise 15-30mins everyday. And of course, watch the foods you eat. Please see them as just accompaniment to your diet or additional measure.
Hi you mention green tea pills and tea bags could share what brand you used and where you purchase these items? I'm so wanting to get 25 lbs. off without going through major surgery or take anything that will cause me to gain the weight back and more. Thanks!
Personally, it helped me. I tried both green tea pills and the tea bag.
I can say that green tea pills helped a lot as I noticed my weight declined really fast when I took it but I think it has also something to do with the extra L-carnitine in the capsule. However, I stopped it when I start being really busy because I find it is causing me to overheat and thus, I am having fever.
I prefer the green tea bags as they feel more natural and whenever I drink one, I feel good. I personally just drink once a day but I heard 3x is more effective. The burning power is not as intense as the capsule but I think it is more normal. Also, I find that when I drink green tea, I feel satisfied with my meal more, it makes me relaxed, and I don't get hungry all the time. Plus, it makes my skin more blooming ^^. I think you should try the tea bag, it wouldn't hurt and green tea has lots of benefits for the body.
