I agree with Barb and no of no reason vitamins would cause a weight gain and checking with your doctor to rule out any medical issues is prudent.
Perhaps you may want to journal your food and get a calorie count. MedHelp will be offering a food journal in approximately 3 weeks.
In the meantime, with your height, weight and activity level (along with being male and 43 years old) it is possible to calculate the number of calories needed to maintain your weight. Would be happy to help you do that if you wish to share that information either here in the post or on a PM.
Is there any possibility the vitamins have slightly stimulated your appetite?

It's unlikely that vitamins would cause weight gain since your body needs a certain amount of a variety of vitamins/mineral; and some can even help you lose weight.
Have you checked with your doctor to make sure you don't have a medical issues such as thyroid issue, insulin resistance, PCOS, etc? Some of these issues can cause weight gain/inability to lose.
