The above post re weight loss was actually meant for you.
I have lost 15 pds in the last 25 days following a diet I found in women's world magazine. Its called the holiday diet soup. It is rom a book called The Calender Diet by Karen Ansel. You should check it out I am neve hunvry and I eat healthy. I start my day with a greek yogort and whey protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened orange juice. They give you a reipe for a soup you must eat every day at lunch, so I do andfor dinner I jus stick a healthy meal. A couple imes a week I will have fries or some other treat at dinner as they suggest. I have fruit for snacks but find I don't usually need to snack. It has been fairly easy so far and I hope it continues for me. If you need help or more info plz feel free to contact me.
It's possible to lose weight. But you need to be persistent.
I can tell you my recepy how I' ve lost weight. You need to organise your meals. If you want to lose a lot, you'll probably need to have three meals per day. For example for breakfast you can have musli or piece of cheese, boiled egg.... During this diet you need to avoid bread and sweet things.
But the most important thing in this diet is not to feel weight in stomach. You can eat as long as you feel full. After every meal you have to feel like you haven't eaten but you must not be hungry. Also, a physical activity is very, very important. My suggestion is swimming because it's burning 600 cal per hour. I hope I helped. xoxo
