I think working out MORE would be the answer if you are looking to gain and want muscle! I saw that on Mtv True life that kid wanted to be a body builder they made him run hit the gym everyday he was super skinny but in 6 wks he had gained muscle and put on 10 lbs i thought he looked alot better afterwards!
Connie you sound just like me i was so skinny but then 25 came and BAM yup i packed on 20 lbs as well! I dont like it but losing 10 of that puts me right in a good spot so thats where im aiming for! and you are right Enjoy it now cus later its hard! I have to work out or i dont fit into any of my clothes everything winds up getting pushed bk in my closet! when i was 17 i didnt have that problem i could eat pizza every day and not gain weight!
It says your about 5 lbs underweight. Which isn't much at all. I would just keep on doing what your doing. You will appreciate the fact that being thin came naturally to you when you're older for sure!
I know I was naturally underweight until I hit 25. Now i have a healthy BMI, but I gained 20 lbs to get their, all naturally, just by my metabolism slowing down :)
ENJOY it while it lasts :)
i am 5' 8'', i just recently quit smoking to gain weight as well so that could be the problem but idk, i eat breakfast, lunch, dinner an i eat snacks in between meals, i exercise occasionally by lifting weights, an going for long bike rides, maybe i juss need more calorie intake, or maybe im jus gifted or cursed lol
It depends on your height too.
You can look up your BMI online and see where you fall.
I don't think it's necessary to go out of your way to gain weight. If you exercise and eat right your body will usually be where it needs to be. Age will slow down your metabolism so you will gain weight in time.
If you are not eating proper meals every day at least 3 times a day then you may be under weight.
