Sleep and rest 6-7-8 hours. Drink water 4-5 bottles of 16oz, walk 25 min in the morning and 30 mins in the day/night. Monday, Wed, Sat. in 30 days, Mon-Friday. ask your doctor to tell you how many calories you should be eating and use the food journal to stay on top of it.
