Here we are again for another weigh in. How's everyone doing this week?
My week wasn't bad, but not real good either. I'm still retaining a lot of fluid and weight is fluctuating as much as 5-7 pounds/day.
With my winter neighbor gone, I'm not walking every day and that makes a difference. Well, it wouldn't if I were replacing it with something else, but I haven't done that much either.
To be perfectly honest, I didn't even step on the scale this morning, because it hurts to even bend my fingers and I knew I wouldn't like what the scale had to say, in spite of everything. I'll post my current weight in the next day or so; in the meantime, I'll simply add my tracker here and let it go at that.
We have company coming today, so will be doing a lot of sitting around; at least this afternoon. On that note, I have to get going and do a bit of cleaning and picking up, then start working on fixing lunch.
