breast weight loss

recently i lost about 2 or 3 kilos and i have noticed that my breasts are much less "full" and although they haven't gone down in cup size, they feel much smaller and somewhat 'saggy'. this really upsets me, i am a 32 C and i began vigorous exercise about 3 or 4 times a week with strict dieting about 10 weeks ago. initially i weighed about 52kg and now i weigh in at around 49-50kg. i have always been relativley thin with a large bust for my size, and i only began exercise to tone up and improve my health, however i did not want to loose mass in my breasts. if i reduce my exercise and eat a more balanced diet, will my breasts return to their original more "full" size or is this loss permanent? will weight gain occur in the places in which i lost weight to begin with?

I am continually surprised in my up and down losing and gaining of weight.  Each time I lose it and gain it in different places.  You never know.

They might return to the original weight, but most likely not the same shape.

i am 17, and i know you cant spot gain, i am just wondering if i return to my previous lifestyle will the weight i lose (generally speaking) return to where it was. i have not seen any dramatic changes i only lost about 2 kilos, i just want to know if my breasts can return to their normal size or if weight lost from them is permanently lost.

You can't choose the places that you lose weight.  I don't know how old you are or anything, but - well, let's face it -- gravity takes over at some point and there's bound to be a few sags...........

There may be exercises that you can do to maintain muscle fitness in that area, but there's no way to know if you will regain "the mass".......

You need to work on eating right and toning your whole body not just parts of it.
