If your diet plan includes 5 meals, you should try to them all, just to keep your metabolism active. Although the 2 snacks in between the big meals should be something really light, like a couple cherry tomatoes or something like that. But also, if you find yourself full from breakfaat by the time of your snack, yo should try and reduce the size of your breakfast.
keep a food journal and write down what you eat. you can
look back and see choices you made and hopefully
change the habit.
Just don't do it. Stay busy with other things, so you aren't thinking about food all the time.
