My husband works until 9. We have dinner between 9:30-10.
You can eat the same thing that he does, just eat a smaller portion.
Dinner will not be your biggest meal of the day.
You do not want to be starving when he gets home.
I eat breakfast before my husband gets up.
Then I make breakfast for him when he gets up.
I'm usually ready for a snack.
So we sit together before he goes to work.
He calls it breakfast.
I call it a mid morning snack.
I eat something small and healthy.
I like Boost High Protein shakes, which you can get at Walgreens.
I like to use my reward points for this.
I hope this helps.
Hi Linda… Our dinner should be little when compared to breakfast and lunch. Don’t skip dinners (I am not saying present you are skipping dinners), instead of starving and skipping dinners you can consume small portions in your dinner. By taking small portions we are preventing weight gain and health isuues.
Take a proper dinner. 8 is not much time that you are think. Just have you proper dinner. Don't skip the meal
