try low fat lemonade popsicles if you dont have any you can pour lemonade in a cup put plastic wrap on it and put it in the frezzer this helps with my sweets cravings
Binge rating was my biggest downfall too. I use to eat chocolate and crisps. Its probably the hardest part of dieting but i find that other things have helped me. We all get sweet cravings, whenever i get a craving for something sweet i just have a yoghurt or a packet of snack a jacks or maybe a cereal bar or bit of fruit. U can buy light low fat crisps aswell. Crisps is one thing i havent been able to kick yet lol sti have a packet a day but that doesnt matter if u exercise and burn it off. Hope this helps a little.
