how does it work?
I'm new on this app and i entered the meals and exercices i did today but i dont understand the way this app explains the fat burned and the calories.
The app has foods from all over, and its just research. If you eat brand name food its easy because you can search for that food name, like yoplait strawberry yogurt. Its just in the system. For foods you make however you need to take more time to be as exact as you can, depending how much you care.
Exercising I assume is just an estimate of what you would burn.
