Make sure you get protein with each meal/snack. Protein fills you up and keeps you fuller longer. It also helps build muscle, which burns fat.
Try to eat about 25 grams of fiber throughout your day. Fiber will keep you fuller longer and it's great for your digestive health. I suggest fiber one cereals and bars. They have yummy brownies and snacks, too.
Drink 8 ounces of water before each meal.
