Internet Is Back And Skailark Is Here!

Got ma connection today and um online!

Tomoorrow is the  last day of the challenge and I will post the exercise thread tomorrow!

I hope everyone is sticking with their workout plan and is ready to rock!

Skailark - good to have you back online again.  I've had 4 miserable days of nothing but caring for sick hubby, cooking for company and eating, cleaning up after company and cooking again (did I mention that I've had company since Wed afternoon???? Yes, I'm being facitious!), care for the sick person - well, you got the idea here.  In spite of all that (or maybe because of it) - I got in lots of housecleaning (yes, it does count as exercise), spent about 10 min on health rider this morning, plus 15 crunches, additional company today, which meant more cleaning, cooking, cleanup, etc; then my grandson and I walked the dogs for at least a mile today (I didn't have my pedometer on, but can judge that distance pretty well by now and I know my 8 yr old grandson was dragging worse than I before we got back home).  I'm certainly ready to go back to work on Monday to get some R&R - LOL!!  

Have 200 + mile road trip to make tomorrow to return my company to her own home and hope to get some rest, but plan to spend minimum of 30 min (hopefully more) on Wii Fit and we have a very obese dog (ever heard the saying "if your dog is over weight, you don't get enough exercise"?).  Well, guess I better get on that or the dog will be in worse shape than I am!!  

When it's all said and done, I believe I gained a couple of pounds and though I'm disappointed and worried about it, I'm not totally crushed because my blood sugars have continued to be  all over the scales and with the stress level like it's been, it's pretty much what I should have expected.  

Ready to get back on track and hope to have a plan worked out by Christmas time so I don't run into so much of the same problems.  Hope everyone had a great weekend.

lol oh man u said that and i was about to play guitar hero now im gonna have to!!  my wii fit has running so i did mine there!!  GJ go and run it makes u feel so much better!!

Well, my friend (or is it, ma friend - lol), have you ever heard of a bosu?  It is flat on one side and round and bouncy on top.  Our instructor is a "Fit for Life" kind of instructor, so it was extremely rigorous.  We did cardio, body bars, and hand-weights.  It was probably more than I am supposed to do considering I received an injection in my knee yesterday (2 down, 3 to go).

Goku - No tom is not the last day of the motivation. We will keep posting everyday motivational threads And yes there will be a christmas Challenge!
