I'm sorry I wasn't able to answer your question. What did you have to do? I've always been able to change mine until I hit "done", then after that, no changing.

Well, I went to Contact Us at the bottom of the page and sent a question marked technical support. I hope they can help me with this. It bothers me that my tracker is not accurate. I hope the problem gets fixed soon.
