Since your thighs are very muscular, there probably isn't a lot to do to thin them up, since there's no fat to lose. You can try doing some yoga or pilates to firm up the area under your butt and that might also help attain a thigh gap; however, you should be aware that there are those of us who have never and will never have a thigh gap. Even when I weighed less than 100 lbs, I had a bit of chub rub.
