25 year old woman with low libido

Hi I've recently had like no sex drive for awhile now and I'm wondering if its because of my meds I'm on. I'm currently taking synthroid, and abilify, lamictal, extra calcium, potassium and magnesium because my perithyroid was damaged during the removal of my thyroid. So what could be the cause of my low libido and what can I do to fix it? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This lack of sex drive can be due to hormonal changes that occur in the body. It can also be due to anemia, overactive pituitary gland causing hyperprolactinaemia or abnormalities in the production of luteinising hormone (LH). Low libido is also a side effect of the drugs Abilify and Lamictal. You can consult your doctor and get the dose or the medicines changed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Im also on lamictal and that is a side effect, I have the same issue. The only way I know how to fix it (what has helped me) is getting more exercise and taking de-stress time for yourself. I play Wii Fit, the boxing routine usually. It gets out stress (pretend its someone you dont like and punch away lol) and its a great workout. Also certain fruits give you a natural "high", I eat plums, strawberries, and bananas. You can also check out (google it if its the wrong site) drugs.com, it will tell you interactions and side effects of all your medication. Hope this helps!
