49 and I think I am pregnant

I am 49 just started experiencing perimenopause symptoms- hot flashes and night sweats. I never missed a period unless pregnant in the past. I now have missed two periods, have pregnancy symptoms including a swelling tummy and feel pregnant. I did take a hpt and it was negative but that is not new to me. I had 22 tests including two blood tests when expecting my oldest child and all were negative while i was pregnant. I had a tubal 15 years ago, i do have only one usable tube. Gyn checked me two years ago and said i was very fertile then.
My husband is 34 and very fertile.
