Why do my vaginal lips burn?

I'm only a teen and last night I ate pepperoni pizza (I promise its relevant) and later that night I had really bad acidic diahrea followed by an upset stomach. A few hours ago i had a really bad stomach ache and i had the same problem but now after the fact my vaginal lips are burning like my anus was. I've taken a warm and cold washcloth and gently rubbed the area and i dont have any stds or stis (sorry for all the personal info but i think its necessary... sorry, I'm new to this) any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated

It was burning last night really bad. Kinda like when you rub your inner thighs raw. Its gotten bearable today but hurts to sit.
