Advice Please

HELLO, I AM A MALE and I have a question in regards to my wife. My wife has had like three yeast infections within two months maybe. Im trying to understand whats going on. Honestly I steped outside my marriage a year ago. I was tested for everything because there was slight chance that I contracted something because it was unprotected for about 10-15 seconds. I tested for everything. To me it doesn't make since that she would develope signs of a yeast infection a whole year later. Do you think this is coming from me? She had her annual pa done three weeks ago and her doctor said she was fine. Doctor also told her that it wasn't BV because the yeast infection medicine would not have cleared it up. Tested Chlamy twice--Negative
Gonno---Once Negative
Syph once---Negative
HIV Once---Negative
HSV1 Once---Negative
HSV2 Three---Negative Last test was done 7 months after last sexual encounter.

I have taken Cipro,Dyoxcillin,Bactrum, Lotrisone cream,Pyridium and metronidazole because I thought it could have been trichomonasis.

It is caused by yeast, so make sure all towels, underwear, socks, sheets are washed in hot water, Make sure everything gets dried thoroughtly.  Tide and baking soda.  She can take Diflucan or use a cream.  She needs to take a probiotic to balance her flora.  Women's systems are delicate and it can be hard to get it right.  She may need to cut way back on sugar.

This is unlikely to be caused by you.  A yeast infection occurs when any single bacteria in the natural vaginal flora overgrows.  Does she douche?  If she does, she needs to stop.  If she doesn't, it's worth researching things that can lead to this sort of environment and make sure she doesn't do any of those.
