What in the world is this?????

I am a soon to be 42 y/o (on 4/17) who is currently undergoing testing for Sjogren's Syndrome. I am sero negative so I will be undergoing a lip biopsy soon. I do have a positive RF tho. My Vit D level way 14 at least testing (Feb 2016) I am on 50,000 IU once a week & 1,000 IU a day.

I have this brown skin in between my breasts. In my cleavage. It doesn't itch, or burn or anything really. I have noticed it there for the last 6 months or so and to me, it seems to be getting darker. I just have NO clue what it could be. I make sure to wash that area really well when I shower, and I make sure to dry it well also.
I don't think it's a heat rash.....because it showed up in the winter and it has not gotten anywhere near warm in S.E. Mo yet.

I do have some emotional issues for which I take daily meds. I take Zoloft, Topamax, Elavil, Klonopin (PRN) the prescription Vit D & Vistaril (PRN). I have been on this "cocktail" for about 2 1/2 years now with no major changes to speak of.

Thanks in advance for any replies!!
Lisa =)
