Anal Fissure gel tearsskin around Vagina
I am having anal fissure I used diltiazem gel for 2 days but then I realised that my urine, water and even my fingers hurts near my vagina lips. I feel hell fire pain.Lateron i realized that my skin is cut and there is acne typ on other side but its uper skin is vanished. I think that this gel hurts me because when I put it first day I apply it widely. HELP PLEASE it's paining

Sorry, that sounds painful. Stop using the gel. Little fissures like that do hurt and when you touch them or when you urinate? OUCH! They normally heal on their own. They at itch a little as they heal. One thing you can do is get a squeeze squirt bottle and every time you go to the bathroom, fill it with room temp water and squirt as you go. Ladies who have tears from childbirth at told to do this. Doctors do have a cream that is pain relief cream which is pretty fantastic. :>) Keep hands OFF. Give it time and if it doesn't heal, see your doctor. good luck
