Armpit Lumps/Rash

So my husband and I both left Arizona with red hot painful lumps in our armpits and breasts as well as singular red dots around the abdomen. Thinking it may have been from a dirty hot tub? Could that be? Obviously will get it checked if it doesn't go away in a day or two, but just wondering if this has happened to anyone. Thanks.
