Someone please help me what are these 2 bumps on my vagina

Im a 14 year old girl, never had sex, masturbate sometimes, and i am currently on my period dont know if any of this helps

I was in the shower and it started to burn on my vagina so i looked in the mirror and there were 2 red pimple looking things 1 either side of the opening an there was a red patch that went round from the bumps to half way to my anus they are quite sore to sit on and when i touch them they become very itchy

I looked again just before and the redness has gone down a bit and the bumps are a little smaller this happened when i stopped scratching

I also shaved about a week ago quite carelessly and this is the first time I've noticed these bumps could you also tell me how to get rid of it

I dont know if any of this made sense but someone please help im sared to tell my mum and go to a doctor but im scared its herpes or genital wart or something

Thankyou so much 10 points to best answer

Sounds like razor burn. I know it sounds crazy but try putting some deodorant on the bumps. It helped alot when I had razor burn. You don't have an std honey. But make sure you don't get the deodorant in your vagina!

If you haven't had sex, my first thought was maybe you could have some ingrown hairs that are infected. I have had this happen a few times in the past. I shaved and as the hair started to grow back, it grew under the skin instead of out and I didn't notice until it created a puss filled bump similar to a pimple but bigger and extremely tender!  After extracting it, the source of the problem was visible. ..an ingrown hair.
