Bartholin gland cyst removal complications

I had my left bartholin gland removed about a week ago.  The doctor did not put a catheter in for drainage  after surgery and now I think I have a hematoma near my rectum.  I'm still having a lot of drainage (bright red blood and dark thick muddy blood).  Now I have a huge hard lump close to my rectum and a lot of swelling still from my surgery.  What could this hard lump (the size of a half of dollar) be?  My vagina (outside) is still swollen a lot.  Please help.
