Been having non irritating small hard yellowish white bupms on my labia minora.

I've been having small (1-4mm in diameter) hard yellowish white bupms on my labia minora for two years now. The number of bumps has been increasing over time. The bumps usually start out tiny (1mm). It's never itchy or iritating but the number of bumps I have now is unnerving. The bumps covers all the surfaces of my labia minora. The bumps started on one side of my labia minora and now I have them on both sides. I'm 21 years old any has never been sexually active. I was traveling in areas that did not have proper medical facilities and couldn't get treated.
