Break Out Attack

I have tried many acne formulas and can't seem to find the best fit for my skin. I keep breaking out and it's embrassing. I know I should go to a dermatologist, but I'm going to wait until I have no opition but to go. I am 23 years old and tired of looking like a young teenager with breakouts. I have recently tried the tomato Yes Charcoal brand and have used it for two week twice a day and haven't seen much results. I also take vitamin C, Multivitamins, and hair, skin and nails. Is there any suggestions that others have used that could help me improve my skin and no more breakouts?

I wash my face twice a day (morning and night) and then tone it and moisturise. That helps me, and I only get one or two pimples when it's that time of month. Make sure you use products that are for your skin type as well. Other than that the best option is just to see the dermatologist.
