Bulge in the center of my gentials

Hello I am 19 years old and i have recently noticed in the center of my genitals (vagina area) a bulge. I have also noticed that white mostly but also yellow mucus was coming out of it. What do you think that is and how can i cure it?

Sounds like an infected Bartholin's cyst or sebaceous cyst.  See your gynecologist for evaluation and treatment.
