Burning Vagaina on period??

The last two times I have come on my period my vagaina has been burning, I wake up in excruciating pain where my vagina is burning so much. It goes down during the day and stops after a day or two once being on my period. It only occurs at the start of my period. What shall I do? It hurts.

I'd check for BV or thrush you can buy the test in the pharmacy.
If you have an abnormally high temperature during menstruation go straight to your GP as there could be a risk of TSS
