Cold sore, Chancre, what is it?

Yesterday I woke up to find a small bump/blister on my lower lip. It was a really small bump/blister, it actually wasn't that noticeable until you look really close (and I mean a close up!) It was painless, no redness, no color, no pus, just clear.

This morning I woke up to find that the blister/bump/thing had grown larger in size, yet it still wasn't as noticeable. Again, Painless, no color, no pus, just clear. While brushing my teeth (I tend to brush my tongue, roof of mouth, and lips as well) I think I let some of the fluid out. There was a microsecond of pain and it looked just like it did before, smaller and not noticeable.

I'm waiting tomorrow and the day after to see if the blister will ooze and crust.

Could it be a cold sore, a Chancre or something else? I'm hoping to hell it's not a sexually transmitted disease. I didn't feel a tingle or sensitivity on my lip and I never had a bubble or a blister on my lips before (I've only had Mucocele and thats when I accidentally bite down the inside of my lips.)

The day before I found the blister I did kiss an old crush who happened to be one of my few trusted close friends. He's really honest and I could never see him doing something like this. 2 days before, i met up with another friend and I gave him a ******** (This was a first time,) i didn't find anything unusual on him and he didn't *** or pre ejaculate. This is another friend who is really honest and can't see him diong this. Both have said they've been tested clean but at the same time I'm growing paranoid.

I would also like to know when it would be a good time to test for HIV/STDs? Should I wait after a certain number of months? Your imput would be appreciated, thanks

Update:

The hole healed up though I'm afraid to think another blister will form. the area only hurts when I lick, other than that, eating nor drinking or talking is not a problem.

is it still a cold sore?

Thanks. I'm going to the doctor this week.

I ended up picking at it this morning and now I have a small hole on my lower lip. No pain or fluid came out. the edges of the area are normal and the blister i picked out was, i guess meant to be the fluid but was "hardened"

I'm losing all hope here...

It could easily be a cold sore and you don't need to have the tingly feeling in order for it to be one. A guy will always have pre-ejaculation when he has an erection and he can't even feel it, so he did have some when you were going down on him. Cold sores are highly contagious, so make sure you are not sharing any drinks, utensils when eating, make up, or any other thing that would touch your lips. The typical STD testing does not check for Herpes and that is often done separately.  Make a doctor's appointment to check to see if this is a cold sore. They'll take a swab of the area and test it. Hope it all goes well.
