Could this effect my period?

Last week my boyfriend and I had sex without condoms (stupid decision) and after only suffering a miscarriage I took the morning after pill just to be safe. I was due my period today and I haven't got it yet, I know it's only been a day but my period is usually bang on time.
Just wondering if taking plan B can effect my period and make it late ?

Oh yes.  You will most likely be irregular for three months or so.  Plan B is a big dose of hormones --  that's how they work.  But those same hormones affect your system.  So, it's also really important to use good birth control because you will not know when you will next ovulate.  good luck
