I was suppose to stop my period but I'm still bleeding I don't know why?

Ok so me and my boyfriend had intercourse on Saturday and that was my first day of my period. He ejaculated inside me. I took the plan B pill the next day which was a Sunday in the evening. (It was my first time ever to take plan B I've never taken any before or used birth control.)I've been getting headaches and feeling funny this week and I was suppose to stop my period two days ago but I'm still bleeding and it looks like red/brown. Can someone tell me if that's normal or not ? And if you have been through it please tell me your experience.
