Dizziness and sinus issues

Hi, I'm 20 years old and for the past 9 months I have been suffering constant dizziness it's there 24/7 all day everyday for 9 months straight along with sinus problems I've seen an ENT and he said I had pressure behind my right ear drum I'm just wondering what sinus problems can cause you to stay dizzy that long ? I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and all the symptoms I'm having is headache neck ache pain behind my eyes and sometimes it gets worse at night time it gets worse when I don't sleep and when I'm stressed out.. Could this be chronic sinus issues ? And if so can someone please help me find ways to get rid of it I want to get rid of it before the baby comes

Hi, I answered this on another post of yours.  Yes.  I had full on vertigo complete with intense nausea/vomiting for a year and a half before seeing an ent.  I used the reverse ear pops I told you about.

Have you tried those?
