I saw an episode like this on tyra. The woman that had this actually was able to get pregnant in both and I believe she had the babies naturally. I think it's cool and makes making twins easier.
I meant to say my cousin delivered both babies naturally...I can't remember about the other woman I told you about
My cousin has the same condition but one of her uteruses is not fully developed so when pregnancy happened in that uterus she would misscarry between three and five months she also had two healthy babies that she carried in the other fully developed uterus.....I also watched special on tv where a woman had two fully developed uteruses and she got pregnant in one but then few weeks later got pregnant in the other....it turned out ok both babies lived I don't remember all the details but try searching online I'm sure you'll find it
I don't think a C-section is an automatic consequence, as long as the cervix opens as it does normally when a baby is full term and pressing on it. It probably does mean you will need to be watched by a high-risk ob-gyn during pregnancy, which is believe me a good thing. (Better quality of care.) If the baby gets turned sideways as he or she is coming out, they would do a C-section. But it might not be needed.
