Extreme cramps, anything you know would be so helpful

I'm 20 years old, I started my period when I was 13. I have always had irregular periods, one month on, 2 off, 2 on, 1 off etc. About 50/60% of my periods a year start with the worst pain I could ever imagine, like a wild animal is slowing tearing apart my uterus. I get so dizzy I can sit up or stand AMDwind up in a ball on the floor squirming and crying tried every aspirin or menstrual aspirin out there and it doesn't help at all. Sometimes I am able to force myself to throw up and I feel better, other times it doesn't work and I'm left to deal with it for an hour or so. I've gone to the e.r 4 times in the past year for this and they never take me seriously, they tell me its a stomach bug or "normal" without even running tests! I know what ever this is, It's far from normal! I finally got up the courage to get a gyno exam and overheard nurses betting on what was wrong with me and even bribing each other to do the actual exam! Needless to say I walked out. I'm working up the courage to go again soon, but right now, I'm going crazy with all these people telling me its normal! I'm in so much pain, and I don't know what to do! Anything you can tell me would be great! Thank you so much for reading, I really appreciate any help!

It might sound a tad bit odd but have you ever tried drinking hot coco when the pain starts? (even typing it I see it is odd) Another thing that I have tried is peppermint tea. It really does work wonders. I was out of tea a few months ago and had hot coco, tried it, and it worked to relieve some of the cramping pain. I think it might be because of the heat. I saw that you have tried aspirin which my mother always told me was the absolute WORST thing to take. I'm not sure if there's any scientific information to back that up but it might have something to do with it thinning blood. Have you tried Midol or Pamprin? Midol complete is very good and it has absolutely no aspirin. Regular exercise has also helped me in the past. Nothing like cardio but yoga and pilates helps ease some of the pain and relax you as well. If I were you I would head back to the doctor. The things I've listed above have worked for me in the past but everyone is different and your pain sounds very severe and it could be something serious or it could just be bad cramps but you won't know until you are thoroughly examined by a trained professional. Not only could seeing a doctor help you physically but it will set your mind at ease as well. I wish you the best of luck and hope you find some relief!
