Good place to chat about womens health?

I'm wondering if anyone knows a good place--a free place--to chat about womens health topics.  I'm not talking about message boards.  I have a few questions that I just cannot get answered and was hoping if maybe there was somewhere that I could actually talk to someone and see if they can help me.  Thanks for your help I'm really confused right now.

This is one of the most active forums and things move to the next page very quickly. It's easy to lose your message in the bunch. I don't see a chat available here. Sorry.

No.  I mean something like a chat room.  I have posted on here before and have a hard time getting any answers.

I thought this site was pretty good. Women here seem very comfortable to talk about anything (as an old lady, I even blush a bit now and then LOL). If it's something you need to discuss privately with a person, you can opt to do private messages with a member. Just slide the cursor over their name and you'll see "send a message". Click on that and you can privately discuss your problem.
