Could i still be pregnant?

Hello, i am new to this site. I am now almost a full month past my missed period. I have since taken 3 home pregnancy tests. ALL NEGATIVE. My question for experienced moms is could i still possibly be pregnant or is my cycle just complety out of wack?
I have thrown up though not in the morning, it occured at night. I am constantly EXHAUSTED! I always feel so sleepy & tired (something which i never got while menstrating.) I am always feelong very nauseas after a small meal and have the need to yack, lol. & therefore i have absoluetly no appetite. But i don't have spotting or bleeding, nor do i have breast tenderness/sorenss.
So should i wait it out, go see my doctor? I just am trying not to get too excited and over react.

Thanks Ladies :]

At certain times your cycle usually does change even if you are regular...home pregnancy tests are pretty efficient so if you were pregnant you would be seeing a plus sign by now...you should wait another week or two and then consult your doctor if you still haven't gotten your period by then....there can be many contributing factors of why you aren't getting your peiod other than the obvious of being pregnant...either way good luck just don't wait to long before you are seen by your doctor because they will be able to tell for sure...: )

I can certainly understand indeed, even when I was late on my cycle and did not test positive for pregnancy I waited for about a month until it started back up.  But that's just me... my body is notorious for doing that once a year or so.

But my concern is , is it worth having to make a doctors visit, pay for a blood test and do all that, or should i just maybe wait, and maybe my period will be a month or so late since that could be a possibility. But another thing is my cycles are pretty damn regular, i know them from start to finish, and my sister (whom i live with & happen to be on an exact same cycle with) did and finished hers & that's when i totally ran and got the tests cause' that's unusual for me & her to not be on the same. U know?

My period was due the 20th of Sept. & i haven't been stressed at all lately. And i did start home testing a week after my missed period, plus i had used the "First Response" tests that tell ypu six days before your missed period and they were negetive. Maybe am doing them incorrectly? idk. This is stressing me out , the "unknown" of it all.

If all 3 tests came out negative then it could just be your cycle.  I have had my own cycle delayed for a month and a half and yes had nassau symptoms, bloating, etc.  Are you stressed at all?

Not necessarily you miss your periods because you are pregnant. Usually when you pregnant you see changes in your breasts. When was your period due ?? if the date still has to come let it pass that day. coz when i got pregnant the first time i started testing b4 and i kept on getting negative finally whn i missed my dates then it came out to be positive. and if you are not pregnant then maybe your periods got little messed up but eventually you will get them back.
