Does meth cause vaginal dryness/ how do you combat this?

I smoke meth, and have noticed I have a hard time getting wet at all. I can already hear the hissing sounds and feel the glares from all the eyes around me, or maybe I'm incredibly insecure - but addicts have a bad stigma. Is it due to the drug? How can I combat this? Other than the obvious answer of "stop doing the drug" that's far easier said than done and I know that would be the best solution. But in the mean time, is there anything else I can do?

If you're not open to the idea of quitting the meth then I think your only recourse is to use lube. There are many different kinds available at the drugstore. You should try them out and see which one works for you.
