Had oral a week ago, now a few days late. Why?

Hello. I am 20. My last period was towards the beginning of June and if my app is correct I should have been ovulating on the 20th. Ten days later, I experienced oral (gave and got). I know oral by itself cannot get anyone pregnant but I am overly paranoid that it could have somehow gotten inside of me. He ejaculated on my hand, but I wiped it off right after. I went to grab my underwear with what I am almost positive was my clean hand, but put it right back down to go wash my hands and then got clothed. I'm not sure if he had any on his hands or washed them. About two hours later he touched me in my vaginal area by the clitoris only but probably for less than a minute, nowhere inside. I realize that nothing was actually placed inside of me and that the chances are very very slim but I am paranoid because this happened exactly a week ago and I was supposed to get my period on or around the 4th. I say that because it's usually never exactly on the date given but very close. I have been late before but that was before I was active with anyone at all. Now I know I'm being paranoid and have been freaking out since it happened and researching constantly. I'm now three days late, and nothing. My stomach has been bloated since the day or two after the oral happened, once in a while it would cramp so I was casually waiting for my period which I still don't have. I've also had discharge and have been urinating frequently in the past few days, but I honestly don't know if that can be due yo an infection because frequent urination and discharge has happened to me many times before. I guess I am
Just worried about being pregnant in some way because I'm late and because my lower abdomen has been bloated but no period yet. Can anyone shed light on the situation? I don't want to get a test because I feel as though it was almost that impossible for something to have happened. It is just These weird symptoms that are freaking me out.  Thank you very much.

I've had the same experience before and it wasn't pretty. The #1 rule is to never stress out because it can cause a delay to your period, so try not too. You said you did clean everything, you're okay. Trust me

Also should clarify that I did not have intercourse nor have I had it in the past.
