Don't know if I'm overreacting or not

It has felt like there is a blister right on the edge of my vagina while having sex for a few months. So I went in to get it checked and the nurse said it was most likely just because of inflammation and said I must not be aroused. But a few weeks after that, I developed a sore. And called again to come see her and I cannot get that checked until the sore comes back again. Should I be worried that this is herpes or could it just be from friction and I need to take a break from sex for awhile? The last two sexual partners that I've had, I am the only person they have slept with so I don't know how it could possibly be an std.

If the blister is on your edge of your actual vaginal opening then I dont know if you would've shaved there bc theres no hair. You could've knicked it tho if you did & it'd take a while to heal & certainly would hurt like hell during sex, which would in turn open it up even more & prevent the healig.

Most likely it is nothing to worry about, but even if I tell you that, you'll still worry so if I were you I'd set another appointment up. You can just ask them yo test your blood for these: HSV-1 & HSV-2. This covers both kinds of Herpes & & you dont have to have a sore when you go in. I don't know why they don't tell people this. My doctor made it seem like it was probably nothing to worry about too & I had my sister wgme that is a nurse3 so she told him I wanted a full std panel (which doesn't normally screen 4 Herpes) and she also requested an HSV-1 & HSV-2 Blood test.
I thought I was the only person my partner was sleeping with too but I ended up testing positive for HSV-1 so I obviously wasn't. Also, most people who have Herpes have no idea that they do. Its not in a normal std panel for some reason so even if someone goes & gets tested fr std's & they dont specifically ask for the Herpes test too, they could be walking around thinking they're fine & meanwhile they are passing along an incurable std to all their pattners. Innocently too, guys usually assume its from jock itch.

I had this problem too, mine kept coming and going and the last time it came I went to the doctor straight away and it was boil mostly caused by shaving because bacteria can get into the tissue after you've shaved, so probably nothing to worry about but when it comes back make sure you see your doctor to be on the safe side :)
