smelly oder and discharge

I've been having a really terrible smell down there, even when i finish having a shower. I have to put a lot of body powder to get rid of the smell, especially when it starts to get really hot i feel a sticky sub-stance in between my legs. no matter what i do i cant get it to stop some people ask me where is that smell coming from they say it's like a fishy scent but to me it smells like a rodent when it has died, is there a cream i can use to get rid of this embarrassing situation oh and i also have pimples on my genital area it itches now i just discovered something that looks like lice down there what can i do about this do i have a disease

bugs and bumps are not typical of vaginitis. An odory discharge is common with yeast or vaginitis infections.

Sounds a lot like bacterial vaginitis to me.  See your doctor.

It sounds like you could have an STi (sexually transmitted infection). If you found something like lice on your genital area, that would be crabs. This can be rib with medication similar to common head lice. Not sure what the pimples could be. Possibly ingrown hairs, or even herpes. The discharge with an odor could be several things. If it is accompanied with an itch or burn, it could be one of several STi's or a yeast infection. You should definitely see a doctor as soon as possible.
