Are you turned on? Or are you not interested but trying to please your boyfriend? Whatever it is, your boyfriend should not pressure you or try to guilt you about it. It could be that you're not getting enough foreplay, and slowing things down and focusing on you at the start of sexy times would help. It's also possible to be really aroused and just not get wet. It happens. You should get some water or silicon based lube (you can never have too much). Just don't use oil, since it breaks down condoms and can be a growing ground for microorganisms.
