How do I increase my milk supply while i'm pumping at work?

My baby is 5 mths old and i went back to work when she was 6 wks old.  My question is how do I increase my milk supply while i'm pumping at work?  I know she gets enough milk at home, she drinks about 6 oz every three hours and wakes up at least once at night to eat.  When I'm at work i can only have two breaks one for 30 mins. and the second about 3 hours later for 20 mins.  I only can pump about 4 to 5 ozs out for both breast. I also pump at 8am to get as much milk as she needs for daycare.  So I only get between 8 to 10 oz at work and at 8am i get about 4 to 5 oz so thats still not enough for daycare.  Because she needs 18ozs for her while she at daycare.  If i get up at nite to pump than I'll have enough.  But than it seems I'm also feeding or pumping all the time and never getting enough sleep and they said not getting sleep with decrease your milk also? right?  I have three kids all together 7, 3, and 5 mths and i work full time at a physcial job so i need to get some sleep to function....  I also started taking Fenugreek cap. 610mg and its been almost 2 wks and i havent seen any increase in my milk... I started out with 2  3times a day than went up to 3 3times and still nothing so now i'm taking 4 3times a day.... Is there anything i can do or i'm i not doing enough?

Yup I have a double pump and use it for most of my pumping except my 30min break because i dont have one of those bra's so i can do it hands free to eat....

Are you using a double pump, to empty both breasts at the same time? Other than that I don't know what to tell you, since it's mostly physical stimulation that keeps your milk flowing.
