Mystery Perineal Growth

Hi.  I've never posted a question on a forum, let alone about a medical problem, but here it goes.  I have a growth on my perineum that has gotten to almost the size of a golf ball.  It's very red, sore, and often bleeds.  It's also spongy to the touch.  It hurts almost constantly, and it makes bathroom trips a headache, not to mention being intimate.  I've stumped two OB/GYN's and a vascular surgeon as to what it might be.  They all said that it looks like a large hemorrhoid, but it was in the wrong place to be one.

I've had this growth for many, many years, and I thought it was normal.  It use to be small, but the past year it two it had doubled in size.  It has gotten severely infected in the past, and I'm afraid of it becoming infected again since it bleeds every day and is in close proximity to bacteria.  My doctor suggested a vascular MRI to try to figure out what it was, but my insurance wouldn't cover it, and I couldn't afford a 7k scan.  She didn't want to do a biopsy since the growth is very vascular.

I know the only way to get rid of this thing is surgery, but since the doctors can't figure out what this is, I don't know what kind of doctor to see.  Does anyone have any ideas what it might be or what kind of doctor to see?  I feel a lot of anxiety about this.  I want it removed, but I can't find anyone to do it since it hasn't been properly diagnosed.
