Vaginal area smells sour but it's not a heavy smell.

!!!It's not strong, i repeat not strong!!! I'm 18 years old and I've noticed that my vagina area smells sour but it's not a heavy smell at all! I would have to bend down and smell my underwear. Nothing heavy at all! I'm not on birth control and I've never been on birth control, I use water on my vaginal area and when I do use soap I don't put it inside of my vagina and wash it off with water. I never use scents down there and I'm not close to my cycle  (at least that I know of). There's no itching, burning, and my discharge color is normal and is not heavy. What do I do?
