Clear liquid is likely not anything huge, however, since you are also having pain, get it checked out.  You could have an infection.  But in general, women emit nipple discharge due to hormones.  I had prlactemia which is a name for this as a chronic condition.  Don't be afraid to see the doctor . . . this is not an unusual problem for them and this is likely not a super serous issue.  Could you be pregnant?  Are you on the pill?.

Not really pregnant coz my boyfriend and i just din indulge in full fledge sex he entered me half way  thats it. One can’t get pregnant like that and plus i have been sexually active since two months earlier to that I wasn’t for six good months
Hate to say it but you had better know. Any time an erect penis that is not wearing a condom is inside your vagina, even halfway, you are at risk for pregnancy. Even if it is not "full fledge sex." You don't sound like your issue with fluid coming from the breast is due to pregnancy because that would be way too soon to have any milk if you were. But, get some sex education. Read up on pre-ejaculatory fluid that comes out of a guy whenever he has an erection, it does not need to be ejaculation and it does not need to be all the way in. Just so you know in future. You can get pregnant that way.
Thanks annie
