Personally I would go straight to a & e the moment I done it, if it's causing you discomfort and pain seek medical help. It's important to properly look after your lady bits.. you'll probs find that it's more common than you think. Best of luck
Thank you. Unfortunately my situation has not improved and I think straining to go to the bathroom is weakening it more. I didn't see this until now but I don't really have the means to get these things anyway as I have no car or anything. My dad has gotten suspicious and worried about me and made me eat half a sandwich. XD I haven't been eating much and my health is pretty iffy at the moment. My mom is going to try to get me to a gyno this upcoming week. To make it worse I was on my period this past week and I'm just now ending I think so I couldn't see one anyway. I'm wondering when to consider it an emergency basis and how I would go about it that way. I'm scared I'm gonna need stitches. X3 the added pressure of trying to do this under my dad's nose is well, interesting.
Hi,
Constipation is miserable and unhealthy :( You should try using a stool softener or gentle laxative right now with plenty of water. Eat very light meals meanwhile, and drink plenty of natural fluids throughout the day. It's important to have regular bowel movements (BM) so that toxins don't build up in your system that can lead to further health problems down the road... For any soreness try taking an otc pain reliever like acetaminophen or ibuprofen before you expect a BM to happen. As far as the tear on your perineum is concerned, consider using witch hazel pads (natural astringent) daily to dab the tear gently with; this will help keep it clean. You should also try applying an antiseptic spray to keep it infection free. All the products I've mentioned can be found at most supermarkets and drug stores. If you don't notice any improvement w/ healing in the next week, make an appointment with your doctor for an examination. Best Wishes
